Lifespan Seated Dance classes are a great way to enjoy moving your body to music, in a safe and supported space - your own chair.

These joyful classes begin seated with gentle spine and torso movements, then incorporate footwork and coordination sequences and progress towards standing options (with support of the chair) where appropriate.
