Bike locks Conditions of use

Bike locks are issued to members on their Library card.

Loan period is for one day only and equipment is to be returned during Library opening hours.

The customer shall satisfy themselves at commencement that the equipment is suitable for their purposes.

The customer shall return the equipment complete with all parts and accessories in good, clean condition.

The customer agrees to be solely liable and agrees to pay the expenses for any loss, damage or injury occasioned to them, or their property.

The cost of repairing any damage to the equipment caused by the negligence of the customer will be reimbursed by the customer.
